Report a bug in Skype Call Recorder 0.7.1.1, if any

If you found any bug, error in Skype Call Recorder 0.7.1.1 please use comments below to report.

Hi, I am getting the message below when starting the latest version. I can click 'continue' and enter the program, but none of the settings stick the next time I run it (start automatically, destination folder...)
I'm running Vista 32 and have the most recent .NET (3.5) installed. I have tried repairing and reinstalling several times, but same thing every time. Thanks for any help with this.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I'm experiencing corrupt calls.  I need to experiment more to see if this is occurring under all settings.  I'm using Joint Stereo and 128 bitrate.  I've upgraded to 0.7.2.1 to see if that makes a difference.
It seems like half my calls are bad.  I don't review them till the end of the week so I only found them now.  The call plays and then at some point the slider just jumps to the end of the call.  This happen is VideoLan and Media Player.
I'll add any new info that comes up.
