Only one person is recordered.

Q: Hi can you explain to me what are the possible causes for the recording only my voice but there was no recording of the other person's conversation?

A: Check that both speakers. The recordings are stereo. Each voice goes to separate channel (speaker). Check that both speakers are working. Alternatively you can use mono mode for recordings.

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate (64 bit OS)
Incoming calls doesn't record the caller. I just heard my own voice when I played back.
How to fix this please?
