Manually call recording with new Desktop call recorder v.0.9.8.

The manual recording VOIP calls feature was requested by lots of users. The recording can be started at any time, you can choose audio devices to be recorded and it can be used with any VoIP software, e.g. Google Meet, Webex, Facebook messenger, etc

This greatly expands Desktop call recorder's functionality and complements automatic recording for Zoom, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and Viber.
